Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments pre move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online tools.
• Use OneSite, Yardi to track availability and lease data.
• Ensure show units meet standards; coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages.
• Address resident or owner questions and document requests.
