Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver a positive living experience across a multifamily community. The role involves showing apartments, processing applications, and coordinating marketing and retention initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in leasing or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with property management software. Weekend flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase units.
• Qualify leads and process rental applications.
• Run background and credit checks; prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute leases and move-in packages; assist onboarding.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
