Job summary

Greystar seeks an on-site Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, tour property, process applications, screen applicants, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

• Requires ability to conduct tours, process applications and screenings, and prepare lease documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Uses on-site software to track availability and lease activity and manage resident data.
• Ensures show units meet standards for show quality and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Responds promptly to resident questions and requests.
