Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in Colorado Springs. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure resident leases while ensuring a smooth move-in process.

The role uses OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leases, supports renewal activity, and requires a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $19, with benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing to new residents and renewals.
• Ability to conduct tours and screen applications.
• Knowledge of marketing and occupancy goals.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications and move-in packages.
• Perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in documents; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to close leases.
