Responsibilities include maintaining show units, implementing local marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Leasing residential units and screening applicants.
• Coordinate tours, process applications and perform credit/background checks.
• Maintain move-in ready apartments and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies on concessions and special programs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects and show apartments.
• Process applications and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are tour-ready.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
