Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator in Denver to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required; ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is necessary.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, conduct screenings, prepare the lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize decisions to lease or renew.
