Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Walnut Creek to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

Experience with Yardi and CRM tools is preferred. On-site duties include inspecting units, driving marketing plans, and supporting renewal activity.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience strongly preferred, with experience using Yardi and/or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready.
• Stays informed about market and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards for show quality.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program and processes renewal documents.
