Greystar in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Leasing Associate for Edge Flats to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, prepare leases, and support move-ins.

This role requires evaluating market conditions, creating short- and long-term marketing plans, using on-site software like OneSite or Yardi, and following policy on concessions. A flexible schedule, including some weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and apartment sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct property tours and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, screen tenants, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and employer outreach.
• Utilize on-site management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and coordinate with appropriate teams.
