Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC, Matthews, NC, is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 258-unit garden community. The role involves tours, applications, credit checks, renewals, and delivering excellent resident service.

You will use OneSite/Yardi, stay informed on market conditions, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Schedule includes weekdays with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Able to conduct tours, process applications, and handle screening.
• Familiar with marketing to drive traffic and manage showings.
• Experience using on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates any needed maintenance.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using online tools and referrals.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
