Job summary

Greystar in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at The Artreaux, a 242-unit mid-rise community.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins; monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue. This role requires on-site work with occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Licenses and certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in ready units.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
