Job summary

Greystar's The Artreaux in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across 242 units, with a Monday-Friday + rotating weekend schedule. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

On-site role with competitive benefits and bonus opportunities; must have valid driver’s license for golf cart

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales within multifamily properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement marketing activities to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour community, process applications, run credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, schedule move-ins, and ensure smooth lease signing.
• Coordinate renewals, send renewal letters, and contact renewing residents.
• Maintain show quality and communicate needs to maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
