Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional for our Vista, CA property with 460 units. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts and ensures exceptional resident experience through efficient move-ins and timely renewals.

You will work with OneSite/Yardi systems, manage show units to meet company standards, and drive occupancy through targeted marketing and proactive resident engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• Yardi CRM knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and implement marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites).
• Use on-site management software to track availability, record activity, and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for show quality and coordinate with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
