Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Bella Terra community in Vista, CA. The role focuses on leasing, tours, applications, and renewal processing to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will coordinate move-ins, maintain show units, and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and renewals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi CRM. Onsite duties include walking the property, using OneSite/Yardi, and maintaining show-quality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of Yardi CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth occupancy.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
