Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction from application to move‑in and renewal.

Responsibilities include touring prospects, processing applications, managing show units, executing marketing plans, and maintaining show‑ready spaces while using OneSite or Yardi to track data and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and manage move-ins.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Maintain show units and ensure show-ready condition and aesthetics.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
