Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to renewal while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, coordinating maintenance, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining data in OneSite/Yardi to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and screen credit/criminals.
• Proven track record in maintaining resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including online and referral programs.
• Tracks availability and leasing activity in on-site software; maintains resident data and demographics.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages; engages renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
