You will stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, and implement programs to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales results.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting show units and coordinating upkeep with maintenance.
