Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases for timely move-ins.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement plans to sustain occupancy, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data and communications with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; coordinate signings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns and document requests for timely resolution.
