Job summary

Greystar is seeking a lease consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi-market community. You will drive occupancy, manage tours, process applications, and secure renewals while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and lead data, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and show quality. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools.
• Track availability and activity in OneSite/Yardi and maintain accurate resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and processes, coordinating with residents and management.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
