AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Denver to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy and retention by building relationships with prospects, residents, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Sales leads generation and closing skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Strong marketing and outreach abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Record traffic and manage applications and leases per policy.
• Generate and execute marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Use on-site software to track availability.
• Maintain positive resident relations and handle renewals/move-outs.
• Prepare market surveys and monitor occupancy trends.
