The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with reliable weekend availability and site-based work. Proficiency in property management software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease packages.
• Design and implement offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
