RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to perform in-person leasing, tours, applications, and move‑in processing at our Savannah properties. You will support resident retention, renewals, and daily property operations to help meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and presentation skills, a background in property management or sales, and experience with Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Experience with leasing, sales, or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move‑in, renewals, and related resident communications.
• Assist in marketing efforts to drive traffic and occupancy.
