Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Irving, TX to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, and assist the Community Manager as needed.

This role requires strong customer service and sales skills, a high school diploma, and prior leasing experience preferred. Onsite work with a dynamic, property-focused team is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency with MS Office and YARDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes including generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospects, touring, qualifying prospects, and closing leases.
• Inspecting property areas and ensuring model units are clean; coordinating with Property Manager.
• Processing rental applications and preparing lease documents; maintaining lease files.
