Avenue5 Residential in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will qualify prospects, prepare leases, and maintain accurate records to achieve maximum occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales or leasing experience, strong computer skills including MS Office and Yardi Voyager, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and vendor coordination as needed.
