The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with property management software, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Entrata and Elise AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and close work orders.
• First point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Check vacancy readiness for tours.
• Show units and process applications.
• Ensure leases are signed and deposits collected.
• Move-in/move-out checklists.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws.
