Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across our multifamily properties. The role includes showing units, processing applications, leasing renewals, and supporting marketing efforts.

You will be the first point of contact for prospects, ensure unit readiness, and help maintain compliant, resident-focused operations across communities.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and managers.
• Maintain courteous relations with vendors and service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting.
• Reliability is essential.
• Know-how of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Perform leasing duties: show units, process applications, secure deposits and execute leases.
• Support marketing efforts and open houses as requested by management.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure unit readiness for tours.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with housing laws and company policies.
