Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing activities, marketing, and resident relations for our property. On-site attendance is required, with duties including tours, leasing transactions, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and adherence to leasing standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills on-site software knowledge.
• Familiar with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
