Job summary

ResProp Management, a multifamily property management company, is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Manager to lead the leasing team and drive occupancy. The role involves guiding the leasing process from tours to move-in, while ensuring excellent resident experiences and strong community relations.

The position requires at least 1 year of leasing/management experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing/manager experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent, charges and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting tasks.
• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and close of sale.
• Explain property features to match residents' needs.
• Support occupancy and retention through follow-ups with prospects and residents.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses and service.
• Address complaints and requests to promote satisfaction.
• Plan and organize resident events with the team.
• Train teammates with on-the-job coaching and schedule trainings.
• Daily site inspections for cleanliness, model units, and curb appeal.
