Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a Property. Regular onsite attendance is required to effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents while greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases.

Responsibilities include maintaining lead traffic, following up within 24 hours, and supporting annual marketing plans and resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
