Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or customer service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Sales skills: generate leads, present, qualify prospects, close.
• Math skills to calculate prorated rents and deposits.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
