Job summary

AOG Living is seeking an Entry-level Leasing Associate to join our multifamily management team in Humble, TX. The role focuses on marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations to achieve high occupancy and strong resident retention.

You will engage with prospects, tour properties, process applications, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins while using on-site software to track availability and market activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards for marketing/leasing tours.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic.
• Complete applications according to company policy.
• Complete leases according to company policy.
• Manage move-in and renewal processes.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
• Conduct outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts.
• Proficiency in internet marketing (Craig’s List, Google, etc.).
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
