Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour property and amenities.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic per policy.
• Process applications and leases per policy.
• Coordinate move-ins and renewals per policy.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to inquiries promptly.
