Job summary

AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Plano, TX. You will market, lease, and nurture positive resident relations while using on-site software to track availability and occupancy.

This role focuses on prospecting, presenting property features, processing applications, and closing leases to maintain high occupancy. Ideal candidates have 1 year leasing or sales experience, strong communication and math skills, and familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing and/or sales experience is required.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively with residents and documents.
• Demonstrate ability to apply sales skills (lead generation, closings).
• Must have math skills to calculate prorated rents and deposits.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office for reports.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour property and amenities.
• Maintain marketing, leasing and positive resident relations.
• Record traffic per company policy; ensure applications and leases are completed.
• Track apartment availability using on-site software.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Distribute newsletters, flyers and notices to residents.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Maintenance on upkeep needs.
• Prepare market surveys and monitor market trends.
• Provide accurate reports for occupancy and leasing status.
