Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Record traffic and manage applications and leases per policy.
• Maintain move-in, renewal, and move-out processes according to policy.
• Use on-site property software to track availability and prepare market surveys.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and lease activity.
