AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in the Dallas area to drive occupancy and sustain positive resident relations. You will market, lease, and coordinate communications with residents, clients, and vendors to achieve high occupancy and retention.

Responsibilities include tours, leasing paperwork, move-in/move-out processes, and market analytics. The role emphasizes strong sales and customer service skills with proficiency in property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively with residents.
• Demonstrate sales skills: generating leads, presenting, qualifying, and closing.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Ensure the property and show units meet the company standards for marketing/leasing tours; communicate upkeep needs.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic according to company policy.
• Ensure the application is completed according to company policy.
• Ensure the lease is completed according to company policy.
• Ensure the move-in process is completed according to company policy.
• Ensure the renewal and move-out processes are completed per policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor conditions affecting occupancy; prepare market surveys.
• Design marketing plans and activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Complete outreach marketing and record all efforts.
• Proficiency in using the internet for marketing (Craigslist, Google, etc.).
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
