Job summary

AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations. You will greet prospects, tour property, qualify leads, and ensure leases and move-ins meet company standards.

Responsibilities include using on-site property software, tracking occupancy, conducting market surveys, and implementing outreach marketing to drive traffic and renewals. The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws in a dynamic apartment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic according to Company policy.
• Ensure application is completed according to Company policy.
• Ensure the lease is completed according to Company policy.
• Ensure the move-in process is completed according to Company policy.
• Ensure the renewal process is completed according to Company policy.
• Ensure the move-out process is completed according to Company policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy.
• Prepare market surveys and design marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Complete outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts.
