Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Floating Leasing Specialist for our multi-family communities in Columbus, OH. The role drives occupancy, shows apartments, processes applications, and supports the Property Manager in daily operations.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with a focus on leasing activities, marketing initiatives, and resident retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours, showing available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background and credit checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure units are ready and clean.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for new residents.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community via social media and campaigns.
• Maintain records in property management software and follow up with leads.
• Support rent collection and handle delinquent accounts as needed.
• Assist with renewals and retention activities.
