Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction in a multifamily community. You will show apartments, qualify applicants, process leases, and support the Property Manager in daily operations.

Strong customer service, sales skills, and experience with property management software are essential. This role requires a detail‑oriented, proactive communicator with weekend flexibility in some properties.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Experience using social media for marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, conduct tours, showcase apartments and amenities.
Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, prepare leases.
Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
Execute lease agreements and onboarding packages.
Design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
Promote the community via digital platforms and campaigns.
Coordinate referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
Maintain market knowledge on rates and trends.
Support retention with responsive service and timely follow-ups.
Assist with renewals and renewal documents.
