Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will inspect units, coordinate maintenance, and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy. You will use OneSite/Yardi to track data and drive leasing results.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing and showing apartments
• Ability to process applications and screenings
• Strong communication with prospects and residents

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications and background checks
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance items
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals
• Support lease renewal process with timely letters and packages
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues
