Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Austin to drive sales and leasing activities at our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while ensuring units meet standards.

The role requires using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting lease renewals. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Support lease renewals and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
