Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Austin, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts, aiming for high occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare lease packages while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You will design and execute marketing plans, drive traffic through online channels, and use OneSite/Yardi to track activity and data.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong sales and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to design and execute leasing and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via internet marketing and referrals and manage data in PM software.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
