Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Coordinator in Austin to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans, drive traffic via online platforms and referrals, and use OneSite or Yardi to track data. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure lease signings.
