Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience or strong customer service background.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities, process applications, and coordinate move-in processes.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to implement marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, greeting prospects and conducting tours.
• Inspect apartments, ensure move-in ready conditions, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and implement marketing activities to drive traffic to the community (online and offline).
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages for renewing residents.
