Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate in Atlanta to coordinate leasing, renewal strategies and resident relations for a high-rise community of 198 units. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, drive traffic through online tools, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage vacancies and resident data.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins and signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any maintenance needs to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including employer outreach and online listings, and maintain marketing plans and drives.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, coordinating with maintenance, and preparing leasing offices for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, meet renewing residents in advance of move-out dates, and ensure renewal documents are signed on time.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and document requests for appropriate action.
