Job summary

You will guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct tours, and coordinate campaigns to maximize resident retention and apply exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of sales/marketing and 1 year of residential leasing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-year sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the housing contract document and communicate information to prospects and residents.
• Close sales per guidelines: generate leads, schedule and conduct tours, data entry into PM software, prospect follow-up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events and Turn activities.
• Coordinate unit assignments, track leasing metrics, and manage email/text campaigns.
• Maintain a positive community environment and resolve resident concerns with escalation as needed.
