Atlantic Pacific Companies in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a market-rate community of 278 units. You will greet prospects, present models, collect applications and deposits, explain leases, and coordinate move-ins.

You will handle leasing inquiries, schedule tours, process applications, and assist residents with their needs while promoting the property and maintaining the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and provides leasing information; schedules tours and takes maintenance requests.
• Greets prospects, determines needs, shows models and vacant apartments, collects applications and deposits.
• Prepares move-in packets upon approval; explains leases and policies to residents.
• Walks residents through move-in inventory and secures signatures before keys are issued.
• Performs outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by the Property Manager.
• Supports resident retention and assists with resident events and office upkeep.
• Assists with follow-up on work orders and keeps the office neat.
