Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Property Coordinator in a full-time on-site role in California. The position focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Qualifications

1–2 years of leasing or property-management experience.
Proficient in Yardi, Funnel, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
Ensure show units meet company standards and are ready for leasing.
Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
Support lease renewal process with letters and packages and timely signatures.
Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and problems.
