Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Leasing Specialist for multi-site support at The Winnifred and The Winston. The role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals, handling tours, applications, and lease signings.

You will work Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, staying informed on market conditions and driving occupancy through targeted marketing and guest experiences. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, and preparing lease documents.
• Ensure show units are move-in ready and coordinate any maintenance to finalize units.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic; follow approved concession programs.
• Utilize on-site management software to track availability, leasing activities, data, and resident information.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and encourage renewals.
