Greystar in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Leasing Professional for The One at Montgomery. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packages.

You'll ensure units are ready, monitor market trends, implement marketing plans, manage referrals and online campaigns, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and coordinating tours.
• Ability to screen applicants and prepare lease documents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals and online campaigns.
• Use on-site software to track listings and manage resident data.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and requests.
