Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy goals at a 195-unit high-rise. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare leases.

The role requires on-site work with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to travel between properties. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits are provided along with an hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates items with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Delivers and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referral programs.
• Uses property management software to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal letters and packages and engages renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
