• Develops marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Executes resident referral and outreach programs and utilizes online marketing tools.
• Maintains and updates resident data and leasing activity in on-site software.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and maintains show readiness.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
